Research Interests:

® Structural and functional study of disease-related membrane proteins (receptors & ion channels) or solutable proteins using solution & solid state NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), EPR (Electron Paramagnetic Resonance) and biochemical techniques.

® Site-specific incorporation of unnatural amino acid  for protein structure and function analysis.

® Research works of quantum simulation and quantum computation on NMR quantum simulator under high magnetic field condition.

® Studies on the conformational change and dynamic process of phytohormone ABA receptors PYL2/10 upon the binding of ABA using both NMR and X-ray crystallography (Grant: 31100538)

® Transportation process studies of E. coli glutamate/g-amino butyric acid antiporter GadC using 19F site-specific labeling and 19F NMR (Grant: 31300685)
